Tufts Threat Assessment and Management is refreshing and reestablishing its work on campus following changes brought about by COVID-19.

Members of TUPD at the Cummings Veterinary School are raising money for the Massachusetts Special Olympics by participating in a Polar Plunge next month.

A cold emergency has been declared for Massachusetts this weekend, where dangerously cold temperatures will engulf the state starting on Friday.

Join TUPD on Tuesday, January 31st on the Grafton Cummings Veterinary School campus for free coffee and pastries in Elms Café.

As you know, we received another threat yesterday. As has been the case with many of the threats, Tufts was not singled out but rather included in a list of local organizations.

The Department of Public Safety (DPS) is pleased to announce that the department has invited the Massachusetts Police Accreditation Commission (MPAC) to commence a re-accreditation assessment of the Tufts University Police Department.

The series of threats that the university received last month has now ceased, and the Tufts University Police Department, and our municipal and state partners, remain prepared to handle any future threats that might arise.

Tufts University has received increased reports of scam calls targeting students. These calls come from scammers posing as law enforcement and government entities who threaten legal action if they are not given photos or money.
