Fingerprint Request

The Department of Public Safety offers fingerprinting free of charge for Tufts Faculty, Staff and Students.

Please be sure you have a Tufts ID, Driver’s License or Passport and your Social Security #. You may bring fingerprints cards, if they were supplied by the requester or Tufts Police can supply fingerprint cards (FD-258). Please state why you need your fingerprints completed, when emailing one of the names below.
