Feedback

Tufts University Police Department is committed to receiving, reviewing, and investigating all inquiries and complaints regarding the conduct of our officers, or department procedures and services. To illustrate this, TUPD offers both open and anonymous feedback, good and bad.

Complaints and praise can be submitted through a downloadable form or by calling the non-emergency phone number for your campus to speak with the patrol supervisor. Additionally, complaints can be made in person or by fax or email. Feedback regarding supervisors can also be submitted through our online form or by contacting University Police during weekday business hours to speak to the station commander.

Positive experiences with a member of the TUPD are also encouraged to be shared through a downloadable form. We continually strive to improve the service we provide to the Tufts community and encourage all feedback. All comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
