Police departments from all across New England came together to celebrate their contributions, which totaled $175,000 this year. Attendees also had the chance to shave their beards on-site and tour Fenway Park behind the scenes. All of the proceeds from No Shave November go to Mass General Hospital’s Home Base project, which offers mental health resources to veterans and their families.

This year marks the 8th annual No Shave November campaign, which was pioneered by Purple Heart recipient Kurt Powers. Since its inception, Home Base’s No Shave November has raised over $1.2 MILLION to fund critical mental health and brain injury care, all at no cost for wounded and injured service members and their families.
