Detective Captain Lisa Butner Awarded by Massachusetts Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators

Tufts Police Detective Captain Lisa Butner was awarded the Ralph Avery Leadership Award by the Massachusetts Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (MACLEA) for her consistent dedication to community support. 

This award is given to a campus law enforcement and public safety leader who identifies emerging leaders and embraces the ideals of leadership development and mentorship in the furtherance of the profession. Capt. Butner was nominated for her commitment to fostering community partnerships and her willingness to extend a mentoring hand to officers both in her department and outside. 

Capt. Butner received her award on January 9th at Framingham State University.
