The Clery Act requires colleges and universities to provide information regarding campus security and personal safety including topics such as crime prevention, fire safety, crime reporting procedures, emergency notification procedures, and other policies and matters of importance related to security and safety on campus. The Clery Act requires colleges and universities to report crime statistics for the three previous calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain non‐campus buildings or property, and on public property within the campus or immediately adjacent to and accessible from campus. The Act also requires the disclosure of fire statistics for on‐campus student housing facilities.
